Half sentences and no customer understanding

<p>I have being battling for the past couple of day to get my old data from cyber slueth supreme which is no longer available to me as I have moved to safe and sound</p> <p>I need to get my old log book in a format that I can edit my trip types for SARS</p> <p>I have made numerous requests to do so and have come up short on all attempts</p> <p>The response I keep getting is to register with safe and sound</p> <p>I am registered with safe and sound and have to issues with the response from Netstar</p> <p>1. Safe and sound only keeps a couple of weeks data</p> <p>2. All the cyber slueth data is no where to be found in safe and sound</p> <p> </p> <p>I have requested that I get full complete sentences and clear direction still waiting on a response from Netstar</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>John</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
