Guys their units are cheap material, they will stop working and they wont pick it up

Useless tracking units. Last month I was hijacked, reported instantly and since then they could not locate the car FX06JBGP. today I call them to test the unit in my car DN08JTGP, I am told it cant be located. like really? what are we paying for here? big tracking companies like netstar are just in it for money otherwise you will never be helped. Imagine for months I have been driving the car with tracking unit that is not working. SIES netstar. can someone recommend something much better because this it USELESS
