great customer service

I called Altech Netstar this morning to cancel 2 of my policies that i have with them as i have not been using them for a while now, <br> i spoke to 2 ladies who were very nice on the phone and i could tell they answered the phone with a smile.<br> the way they answered the call and handled my query it made me feel bad about cancelling however it needed to be done.<br> I would like to thank Thando Qinisile and Nompumelelo Tumiso for their help and excellent customer service, keep up the good work, customer service industry needs Enthusiastic People like you.<br>
