Got debited 2 contracts for the same car

I got debited 2 contracts for the same car and I've been calling for it to be fixed and get my money back, even wrote an email but till to date nothing have been done instead it's been back and forth with them promising to call me back every time I call. I don't understand how they created to contracts/trackers for the same car.
