Google maps tracks your cellphone better for free.

The saddest thing about Netstar is their total lack of response to customer queries. I've never had to use them in an emergency, but their safeandsound vehicle tracking lag times are so often so bad that you are better off tracking the driver cellphones on google maps for free. And if you try to email - or even send a query while logged in to their portal - it's just silence. And I gave up phoning them years ago; life was too short. Maybe they respond to this site?.....
