Get manners!!!!!!

This is the worst service I’ve ever received I think talking to an answering machine would be more efficient than talking to any of your agents. Spoke to a Ahkona beginning of December no telephone ethic whatsoever Today spoke to Esam Mkumathela and his tv was on during the whole conversation when I alerted him he literally was so rude I mean what kind of company is this? Are these individuals trained? Is this the kind of service a client is paying to receive Just disgusting!!!!!

Honestly got way better service from a township based tracking company There’s absolutely nothing wrong with MANNERS
