Frustrated with Legal/Accounts Department

<p>A default has been loaded on my credit profile by Altech Netstar of R430.</p> <p>When I contacted Altech Netstar I was informed that it was the cancellation fee for the insurance I once had with them.</p> <p>I was given the account details to make payments and settled the account in the 1st week of Jan 2017, since then I have been struggling to get the default removed from my profile . </p> <p>When I call I am transferred from one consultant to the other.</p> <p>Please help I need an urgent resolution to this matter.</p>
