Frustrated
Netstar handed over my account for non payment to lawyers for a payment I made in December been trying to get a hold of them since December but would hold for more than 20 minutes with no answer. I don’t know why I was handed over in February when payment was made in December. I’m very frustrated and how long should one wait for call to be answered by netstar. Will be taking legal actions.
