**********ly entered into a contract without my consent

This organization **********ly entered into a new contract without my consent. They have failed for a number of years to give me proof where I entered into a new contract with them. They should cancel the contract they unilaterally concluded and remove that debt against my name. They said they will investigate but that is how they ran away the last time
