I received a call from Tshepo who said the call related to additional benefits which are effective from the 1st of August 2020. He did not mention that this was an additional contract that I am entering into. I called him back as he said I will receive all the information relating to additional benefits via email and there was no answer. He only sent the email after 5 and I am surprised that this is an additional contract. I am not pleased with Netstar as they giving false information to sell an additional contracts. Even worse I am new to this tracker company. I want this to be cancelled and I will call tomorrow. If I don't get help I will open a case with the ombudsman.
