********** PILICIES

I was called by an agent from Altech Netstar who informed that he wants to update my details on the system. I provided my details and he then told me that from 01 July i will be getting assistance of my road fines and staff of which i was okay with. No premiums were mentioned but come month end my bill went up. I phoned and spoke to them and informed them to cancel the stupid policy with immediate effect of which they confirmed its sorted. The following month the same thing happened. I then called to find out and i was told about 30 days notice period . I pointed that i never opted for this ******* service and i was told a refund will be done to this day nothing has been done

Was promised a follow up call to update me regarding my concern yet nothing not even an email. Altech netstar is the WORST. I dnt even think they cn own up to thier commitment if something was to happen to my car.

01 Aug Hello Sello, Thank you for the voicenote but after listening to the recording there was nowhere where I actually agreed to pay extra R95.0 and I was not told about this.
