<p>Good day three years ago I phoned in to cancel my policy as I was selling my car. This year altec netstar started debiting my account when I phoned in and spoke to sibisiso mbatha he said as I didn't have proof of the cancellation that they can't reverse the charges... After which I made him email me written confirmation of the cancellation. Low and behold this month they debit my account again. Altech Netstar your accounts department are ***********. Please refund my money..</p>
