I installed a new tracking device in my vehicle on 31 August 2015. The consultant who assisted me ensured me that the debit order will be taken of on 1 October 2015.<br> Alas that did not happen and my account was **********LY debited on 5 September.<br> I queried with Netstar only to be told that it takes 7 to 14 working days for a refund.<br> When you guys took my money, without my permission that didn't bother you guys and now I have to wait for my money.<br> Should I not receive my money at the end of business today, I will take this matter up because you guys are **********.
