I had an Insurance with dot sure , and my car was written off in March 2019, I then wanted to cancelled my netstar contract , I was Advised I can only cancel after my contract ends in August , I did that and my premiums stopped going of my Account , to my surprise in January , the deductions went off but this time not from my FNB account that I authorized them to debit from , but from my capitec Account , now I am being called by debt collectors for money that I do not owe nestar , can you please just cancelled this policy because I lost the car in 2019 March and my contract with you ended in August 2019 and please remove my name from those dept collectors because I do not owe nestar any money
