********** behavior by Netstar

I am beyond frustrated by the ********** activity from this company. They have been debiting our company account for years on a service which they do not provide, they do not send an invoice, they will not tell us which vehicles they have units installed on and hence will not let us cancel unless we can provide those details, for all we know we don't even own the vehicles anymore. This is simply unacceptable! I have called, I have lodged complaints which they do not respond to, there is never a supervisor available and all they will say is that it is our responsibility and they won't help.
