Finance department won't answer calls
I installed Cybersleuth Supreme on the 20/03/2015, and was told my monthly premium will be R239.00, and my bill for March will be pro rata. To my surprise, R449 was debited from my account on the 01/04/2015, which includes my full premium for April and the \Pro Rata"for march. I want to know why am I being charged R210.44 just for 11 days in march. I have been transfered to finance and even given a direct number for finance ( ***)"
