I have paid for the installation of a tracking device as well as the device itself. I was told that if i pay for the device my monthly monitoring fee will be lower. I could also end the service with a months notice which i liked.I have experienced bad service on a previous occasion and that is why I have done it to cancel if I want to.<br> I was charged the same as if I did not pay for the unit and I cannot get any response why or get a refund.
