Fed up with Netstar

Hi, I would like to raise my concerns with Netstar, I have had several problems with them and have never had any joy with the company and services. Three weeks ago I was notified that my account has been handed over to Nudebt as they did not receive payment for December 2014. I emailed them my bank statements underlining the debit that is went through and was successful. I went to an approved fitment centre to check my device and was declined the service as they say my account has been handed over. I spoke to a lady named Nozipho at Nudebt who has been handling my query and till today there's no answer. This is putting me at a great risk because if something happens to my vehicle my insurance will not pay me. I have had enough and sick and tired of Netstar.
