Faulty unit

I am a client of Netstar Early Warning System. With this service, I have a tag whereas if the vehicle moves, the service provider is bound to inform me immediately. According to what I was informed, I was supposed to receive a SMS and if I do not respond within a minute, a call was supposed to be made to me to check on the safety and security of my vehicle.

On the evening of 11th November, I forgot the tag at home for the first time. When I moved the vehicle, I did not receive a call, only a SMS was received when I got home.

It is of huge concern because I have been paying for this service for more than a year. What if it was not me who actually moved the vehicle and my car was ******?

I did call Netstar, ask to be put through complaints, and was given a run around, after speaking to multiple agents, I asked them to transfer me to the complaints department. When I explained my issues, they said because of excessive alarms going off, they tagged my service as a faulty unit. I told them that this was unacceptable because on one of those occasions my vehicle could have actually been ******, and there would have been no response for the service that I am paying for.

Why would I pay for a service that I am not receiving. As long as the vehicle is moved without a tag, I was supposed to be informed immediately.

On previous occasions I have informed them that the unit is faulty, Netstar sent technicians out twice and I was informed that the unit is in order.

What I would like is to be reimbursed as I have been paying for a service for over a year that I have not been receiving. I wish to request services from another reputable service provider as I have logged many complaints and received no joy and I do not think by them coming out again as they claim they want to will solve the issue.
