Faulty tracking system still unresolved

On the 8th December, I called Altech to report a fault in my car tracking system. First the alarm did not disarm when I disarmed it, then it started going off after driving a short distance. I advised them of this, and I was promised that someone would give me a call to come check this out. Nothing happened, so the whole of December I kept having this issue. There were times when they would pick up an alarm in their control centre and call me to confirm that all was in order, and I always told them about the fault.

After waiting for over a month for someone to come and fix this, on the 13th January I called them again to request feedback. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes and 37 seconds, whilst the consultant was contacting the fitment centre. I decided to hang up as I was depleting my airtime. He didn't bother to call me back, and up until now, I am still waiting for them to call me with an update on what is going on.

I am utterly disgusted by the lack of service, I mean I've been a paying customer since July 2013 (almost 3 years). And what happens if my car gets ****** and the alarm does not go off? Who will be liable for that?
