faulty tracking device

I noticed that my device would not arm or disarm and i called in i spoke to noxolo for the fitment Center technician was sent after a day by the name of lucas he told me that it was fixed still it was not right. I again the called again and spoke to Portia who never called me back and I called again and spoke to Kauketso still I was promised that one technician was going to call me but nothing happened i then the next day called the head office and the guy by the name of Hennie was sent he said it was fixed.he told me to test by pressing the panic button on the 1st of February but i delayed and pressed it this morning and i drove all the way to work no one responded to the panic button.I called again and spoke to sbongile explained everything to her she wanted to still test the signal when i drive home.2 people have been sent to fix this thing and failed 3 weeks.i am very dissapointed.i wish they could just remove this thing in my car. I have never missed payment.I even regret putting altech Netstar device in my car.can Please somebody help me or I will probably go mad.
