Faulty Early Warning Tracking Unit

This is the worst tracking company I have ever dealt with! Their advertising is really good and information about the early warning system is good but the service is ****! The tracking unit was not working for 6 months and I was not compensated for that and I still did not complain. Now the tracking unit is draining my car battery and I have a 652 battery. It goes from fully charged to dead in a day and I have been waiting for a week for a call for a technician to come and assist with the issue and I did not get any assistance at all! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
