I really dread having to interact with netstar as I am almost always met with *********** service agents who seem not to want to do what they signed up for and pleaded to do however having spoken to Fanie on Saturday 26th July 2025 and Tlotliso on Monday 28th July 2025 I was met with delightfulness, they displayed the willingness to assist me and went above and beyond, especially TLOTLISO...

I may have under rated him during the post call survey as my query was not resolved after our interaction however he come through on his promise and resolved my query... Kindly pass on my utmost gratitude to him and for the wonderful service rendered... Truly an asset... Wish he could give tips to his fellow teammates about what customer service is
