False debt collection

Please kindly explain to me why my account is being handed over yet it was cancelled in April. I also received a cancellation letter but you keep telling my my account is in areas?

I have sent the proof over and over on emails yet I was still being debited today I received a text that my account has been handed over to NuDebt for collections.

Please fix this before it affects my account.
