false contact

i bough a car from CMH Midrand on the 19-10-2017 and on the 20-10-2017 i receive a contact from altech nestar saying they have fitted a tracking devise in the clavicle at the dealer ship , the sales person form netstar who i have never spoken to be no by phone or email was the one who concluded the contract (katleho Gonya ) the same day i tried calling netstar but line were dropped on me in 3 attempts , i called the dealership to inquire who authourised the fitting of the devise , it was Nthabiseng Motshepe whom i called and she called netstar top remove the devise on my vehicle . i got confirmation form her and netstar that the devise is removed i on the 21-10-2017 . i later received an invoice form netstar , i contact ted netstar and was promised that the account is closed on to activate closure on he system a month late i go t a letter of demand i again called hen and was told that it will be withdrawn till today i still receive lot of letters from the collection companies and call regarding a netstar tracking devise i don even have an will never use them .
