Failure on basic contractual obligations

I have been paying for netstar almost 2 years. Despite multiple requests, my phone number has not been corrected and my email address cannot be validated despite receiving travel logbook being sent to this email. You have since managed to alert my emergency contacts on multiple occasions for no reason and not once established contact as per your commitment. For a service that is meant to protect and track, you're failing. To date, you have made no attempt to contact me. Pathetic and useless. Based on this, I would like to be refunded for the 2 years I've paid you for a service that you clearly are not competant/ capable to deliver and you can come take your tracker back.
