Failing to provide acopy of contract to the client

I have been receiving calls and SMS for quiet some times now for a account which I never joined/entered into (Account No: ***) . I have been requesting a copy of binding contract in order to decide on a wayforward. To my surprise, no one is willing to provide me with a Voice or written copy of Altech Netstar contract which indicates that I have sourced a tracking system from this company.<br> <br> This is a bad service I have been experiencing of being called by Creditworx acting on behalf of Altech Netstar
