Failing to produce recordings

Hi,<br> <br> I took up a cover with AN as it came with a package with an insurance I had for my car - I later cancelled my insurance and AN - I cancelled because the technician that fitted the tracker broke the switch on the gear selector console and then super-glued it together, this costed my 12k to repair of my BMW 335i. I didn't want to raise a complain with AN because I didn't want to be sent from pillar to post like I am right now.<br> I then received a call from a white lady in March informing me that my account is in arrears, I then told her that I sent through a request to cancel my cover with immediate effect and I have not received feedback on that - it was then where she told me that I am in a 36 months biding contract
