Failed to Recover my vehicle

Hello I’m very disappointed with the tracking systems of this company. I was hijacked last night BMW F30 320D , I reported the incident and they said they will activate the tracker , no call from them at , I spent the whole night up no phone call, they said no signal of the tracker, Guess what I found my car the car is now impounded at Kempton Park SAPS, so my question is why do I need this tracker if I can still find my vehicle myself ? ***
