Failed to locate the car after paying for tracking services from 2010

We called on Monday morning,and explained that the car was taken without our permission by brother in law,

The response was that the tracking unit cannot locate the car,we waited until we made our own means to locate the car.

Todat when cancelling insurance they say they ever not able to locate the car as it was not moving.

But the car was in motion when it was found.

You do not take your clients serious.

We are glad we cancelled after so many years of paying and not requesting any service,when we need your services you do such..
