Fail to deliver

I'm sooo disappointed with the service at netstar, I called in a week ago and I was happy with the qoute and took the qoute I got for my Car tracker, ever since that phone call I was suppose to get a call from the fitment department, I have never, worse I have been calling non stop to find out what's going on and every agent I speak to says they don't know why they never call, they will call to find out and give me feedback but they never call back, I used my own airtime to call for something that was promised would be done after the phone call upon me agreeing to take the tracker.

I'm just so fed up, If this is how they start a relationship with a new client I don't want to continue the relationship, simply failing to provide me with the service you are suppose to be providing, I've already taken the deal and they fail to come and install, ridiculous really, I wouldn't recommend anyone to do new business with the company.

Worst service ever.
