EXTREMMELY BAD SERVICE

I have had the Worst experience from netstar

I was in a hijack situation and was able to ask a friend to contact neststar on my behalf of which they took about an hour and 30 minutes to respond

i was helped by police as i was on the way with to me was a hijack situation

the people that were dispatched to me found me in Pretoria north about 45 minutes away from Mmakau where i was helped by the police regarding my hi jack situation

at the moment that the people dispatched to me found me DRIVING A CHEVROLET NUMBER PLATE (JJ42MHGP) (of which i thought the company wouldn't actually look for me)

the older gentleman asked that i park on the side and said "i could've killed you, how do you report that your in a situation where as you are not"

as i tried to explain to him what had happened

He continued to tell me that " the next time i need help or i am in a situation the Company Netstar will never find me, that they will NEVER LOOK and or Find My Vehicle I am deeply SADDENED by this

i wasnt aware that this is how the company operated

2. i called in and spoke to sfiso of which in the background the was so much noise that even he was not able to help me raise my issue with the company he is working for

i see that the company takes people as a joke and the gentleman driving that vehicle which supposedly recovered and helped me represent the company very well by saying NETSTAR WILL NEVER FIND ME. I WANT SOMETHING TO BE DONE BY THIS AS THIS WAS UNCALLED FOR
