Extremely Poor service from Netstar

On the 24th of July 2019 at 18:55 we received a battery disconnect via sms from Netstar. This was from our Toyota Hillux 2.5D bakkie round about 19.35 we received a call from Netstar saying that they receive a panic button. We tried calling our Driver on his cell phone an he was he doesn't know where he was an he is in trouble. Immediately my husband called Netstar an inform them. They said they can trackeep the it's on The Randfontein road. My husband insisted to them that they need to tail the car cause the car was from Rustenburg to Midrand, Therefore it was impossible that it would have taken Randfontein road. Netstar told my husband they have send out response guys. To our surprise they have send their helicopter that doesn't have a spotlight. Their guys or theif response team were able to find the bakkie, The helicopter response and the one on the ground. At that time the bakkie was already at Randfontein in a veld area. They didn't do anything. The helicopter that had no spotlight an the guys that was there already. The ********* were able to remove the tracker. They beat the driver so badly, I am so shocked at the level of service from Netstar, Who allowed the bakkie to be ****** an tracker device to be removed as they have send irresponsible and non working equipment to the scene. How can they send a helicopter that doesn't have a spotlight. Their action caused us to loose the bakkie and nearly loose the life of our driver. I am asking for help from Helopeter to have Netstar pay for our bakkie and reimburse all what we have spend to have our driver treated by doctors after the trauma he has experienced. Thanks to the Randfontein police and Rustenburg police who eventually recovery the tracking device. Another proof that This tracking companies some of them doesn't practice what they preach. They take monthly premiums so quick from your bank account but when it come to them be affective on their commitment, They come up with all stories in the book. Their know this country has become a ********* playground but they still have odesity sending equipment that are not 100% in working conditions. PLEASEMAIL HELP
