Extremely Poor Service
Netstar will lie to you here in a public platform while in reality they will never contact you nor try to assist with the query. They are unreliable and poor service. They will promise to investigate which they don't do. They will promise to prioritize your case which they never do. Its only for the public. .don't be fooled by their responses in this platform.

17 Oct 2025, 20:09I have never experienced such kind of treatment with any company. You rob customers day light. I was ****** 3 months installments and R2000 by Netstar. You lie and cheat customers and make empty promises. I have learned the hard way. I hope other people get to know about you.
