Extremely poor in their service delivery

Netstar is the cheap service provider and you can see that cheapness from the service they provide. I notice that my tracker stopped working and have been on liaison with one Samkelisiwe and Andre on the 22 June 2021 who promised that some one will call, until today am still waiting. I further sent them an email and was promised a phone call by the retention department. That's all they're good at, making promises without delivering. I wouldn't recommend them even if it's last thing to do to save my life
