Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid Netstar!

I’ve had a terrible experience with Netstar. The company has repeatedly invoiced me for incorrect amounts and deducted the wrong charges from my account. I’ve contacted them numerous times about this issue, and multiple representatives have confirmed that there is a problem with my account. Despite this, nothing has been done to resolve the situation. The lack of follow-through and customer support is appalling. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that clearly doesn’t care about fixing their mistakes or providing any real help. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused service.
