Extremely Disappointed – Tracking Device Never Worked Properly

In June 2024, my Netstar subscription was paid upfront for three years when I purchased my vehicle. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, the tracking device has never worked accurately.

I have consistently received false alerts—including accident and hijacking notifications—causing unnecessary panic and concern. Despite having two technicians sent out to assess and repair the system, the device continues to malfunction almost a year later.

Even the live tracking function, which is a core feature, does not work at all. This is extremely frustrating given the amount paid in advance and the importance of having a reliable tracking system for safety and peace of mind.

This review is my last resort. I have raised this issue multiple times via phone calls, but none of my complaints have been properly addressed or resolved. The ongoing lack of support and accountability is unacceptable.

I urgently request that Netstar either fix this issue permanently or provide a refund for the remaining period of the contract, as I am not receiving the service I paid for.
