I would like to bring this to your attention, yesterday afternoon I had a meeting with Tsepo wherein he did an inspection on my car after I had logged a complaint. This gentleman was good mannered, so polite and empathetic about a bad experience that I encountered with your company, he inspected the car and he went the extra mile by advising the next steps that I should do.
