I recently purchased a new tracking unit, but the fitment certificate didn't have my registration. I called the customer service line and was assisted by Emily Motsepe.

Emily was courteous, professional and very friendly. She took down my details and promised to send my certificate in a short while. A minute after ending the call, the e-mail came through.
