Dropped calls

I have been receiving quite a few calls from Netstar the past days but as soon as I answer the phone, you drop the call. What seems to be the problem, or don't you want to speak to a customer but just for record purposes you make it look like you phoned the customer but the customer doesn't answer the call? Also I see such a lot of people complaining about you, it is a disgrace!
