Downgrade package... never :(

Downgrading is not a word in the retention department vocabulary, had my unit for over 4 years and so all paid up and out of contract (month to month) was keen to just downgrade.. What could it hurt the unit is in my car all installed and paid up but they just dont do it (without a new installation and another 3 year contract) .. seems a little crazy in my mind but shot Amanda, just made my cancelling that much easier:)
