Double deductions

<p>Recently I discovered that altech netstar was deducting monies from my account for an old tracking system that I had in my previous vehicle and the when I traded my car the dealership included a new device with netstar and canceled the old contract.</p> <p>I thought the monthly deduction was for the new device just to discover that there are a premium included in my car installment I am paying for the old device.</p> <p>I called netstar many times and they try and try to connect me to a credit controller with no joy. One very stern consultant told me that they will refund only a portion and not all the monies because I still owe them? How does it make sense? Why would I take a new tracker if I could just taken the old one out and fit that into the new car?</p> <p>Netstar I want my money! Or we can fight the ugly way!</p>
