double debited

why would I cancel a car and still get to be charged for it? is the company taking advantage of us? when I called in I was told that they will pay me back, but the lady from finance department cut the call and said she will call me back. pandemic has done a lot by cutting our salaries, but yet you put me in am emotional state. can I get this fixed
