DOUBLE DEBITED AGAIN!!!!!
I complained about my account being double debited last month, received a reference number and was advised that this was due to a system error on Netstar side. I was promised that the funds will be reversed and the issue will not happen again. I just got double debited again. PLEASE REVERSE THE TWO DEBIT ORDERS AND FIX THIS!!!!
