Double Debit, No Refund

I am tired of lies and empty promises, I had Netstar installed in my vehicle and I paid Motoradio Germiston cash for the unit and have it on monthly payment option. So then came 2 december then boom Netstar debited my account with the same amount i paid Motoradio cash for the unit.I have been speaking to Rajan Moodley and he told me they have refunded me on 12th December with an EFT number.Nice try as no money has been refunded and try contacting him for answers and he has gone silent no reply since.I want my debit order to be refunded as i have now double paid for 1 unit and that is not fair.This is poor of Netstar and their financial department need a big wake up there how many people have you ****** like that.
