Don't use this business

We sold our car in 2017 - and had Netstar in that vehicle- and was told that Netstar would be transferred to our new vehicle. The debit order continued until we sold the vehicle we purchased in 2017 in 2023. When contacting Netstar I found out that my "new" vehicle of 2017 never had Netstar in it. So i had no protection for 5 years. I was very angry as it would have meant I had now claim should the vehicle be ******, I put a stop order on the debit order. Then Netstar proceeded to threaten me with legal action and still charged me for 3 months ! I was handed over to a debt collection company called Nudebt. I decided to pay because I did not want the hassle of a debt company phoning every 5mins for the ext 20 years. NETSTAR - you are a poor business. I will in future let everyone know this.
