Dont sign a contract with Altec netsar

Dont sign a contract with Altec netsar. They have the most unreliable units that dont work and they rip you off by binding you by contract. I tested my unit 5 months after brand new and was not working. Because i cant proove when it stopped working i only get 1 month refund, however i am not happy with the unreliable unit that they supply and cant cancel my contract even though their units are unreliable. I was requested to test the unit minimum once every 6 months. The first and second time i tested it didnt work. But i paid for 5 month? How can they supply such useless ureliable units that pack up after 5 months and still expect you to pay? I want as many people to know about your bad service and sly intensions of bounding customers by contract on unreliable service.
