Dont ever use Netstar - They are *******

In January 2023 I emailed Netstar to cancel my subscription as my insurer said that a tracking device did not reduce my premium and was not necessary. I emailed them again about 10 times after that as i saw for feb and march and april and may they still debitted me. I called an agent and she saw my requests on the system, told me she will credit my account and return the money and close off the account, in May this was. Today I received an email saying that they are handing me over for collections...

Does Netstar hire stupid people across the board? Im just so confused right now... does no one in Netstar know what they are doing?

Now we have paid for extra months of cancelled subscription and also my credit profile is being tarnished...
