Don't ever take out a contract with netstar, they will take your money and give you he'll.

Having been a customer of netstar for close to 10 years now, I must say they are really a waste of money. They are very quick to take our money but ever so slow to deliver any service. My previous device would not Arm on the phone app, worse of all they told me when I called to complain that the devices had past its life span. No a new device hardly a year since I fitted it, I'm still experiencing the same problem and I called in for help, I am still waiting for a technician to make an appointment to see what is the problem. Cancel this useless contract is a nightmare since I have to pay R2000 to have it canceled on top of them jot providing any services. THIS IS JUST A ******* AND A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!
