Don't touch Altech Netstar with a barge pole

I have been and Altech Netstar customer for many years. The warning system did not work in my car. After complaining for months I had it removed, and only when the system was out of my car did they call to say they were picking up a highjack signal!. After fighting to get my contract cancelled did they cancel it with \no penalty". At the end of July R2 500 was taken out of my bank account by Netstar as a settlement fee. On contacting them I was told it was an error on their side and I would be refunded. To date I am still waiting for my refund!"""
